Well uninstalling probably doesn't delete the .ini file, since that's saved in Documents not under the game's folder structure.

Related aside:
If you ever want to uninstall applications and make sure that you remove all of it, I'd recommend Revo Uninstaller. It's worked well for me for many years.

Don't think anyone is waiting on me, but just in case: I should be able to play the turn in ~14hrs from now. (Holiday is winding down, but we've been traveling the last few days and the Internet has been unreliable and my play window small. Flying back home tomorrow, so will be back to normal soon.)
