And they're not anywhere near a contender. So I'd say play on and if they start to grumble too much they're the ones that should find a sub.

Plus Xenu already bowed out of a war with REM since he didn't care enough to fight one. This leads me to believe he's not spending that much time on the game anyway.

This doesn't matter. REM cannot be replaced anyway because everyone is reading this game because of Sullla.

Even though this is moot (edit: Because if you cannot be replaced you cannot get kicked--or at least it's hilariously hard.) for this game you should agree on how long you can play before you get kicked. There's still a limit on how long you can play before you get kicked, even though they failed to say what it is, but REM is above that limit because PB #27 is even worse. So REM can just make them suck it up.

I think the biggest issue isn't time but REM having to "digest" what's going on before he can do anything. If you read the thread he has to spend an hour or two looking at the map and coming up with a plan.

I don't really understand what you're trying to say MJW.

I don't see a problem with REM taking his time over the turns, just clicking buttons to get the turn over as fast as possible isn't really playing the game anyway.

FTFY. Dreylin's also got nearly 1,000 posts in his thread, so this really is a fantastic game in terms of documentation.

EDIT: I suppose I should also hattip scooter for reporting too. You know, since he's playing an' all...

REM cannot be replaced because of Sullla just being present. This massively increases the threshold to do something and there's no way to get over that--especially with PB 27's existence. That's what I meant.

I'm pretty sure that Dreylin has been in games where someone got successfully replaced and reported in the same way.

Amusingly in all four games Sullla has played in someone got replaced but they all have an asterisk. In PB#2 Inca was crippled so people turned a blind eye. In PB#6 the starts were mirrored so spoilers were not a big deal. In the other two games he was a DL so that doesn't count ether but anyway: The first was the Plako situation (PB#4) which I've already talked about enough and the second (PB#16) was someone so bad they got kicked and replaced by the AI lol His first DL game he didn't report publically well but he did in the second, and people didn't obsess over that thread, which adds more evidence to my point. This is probably going to be the first game of his where there's no replacements. I just find that amusing. mischief

There's a ~0.02% chance of that happening (scooter @ post #1044) which is not as bad as GJ's ~0.01% in Pitboss 18. cool

Edit: If REM doesn't rush through his turns he wins because Scooter and Dreylin have given up (he can make major blunder that makes them un-give up if he rushes). It will take a little time for a concession because they don't know the other has given up.

Edit 2: Now that I think about it REM being unreplaceable was much worse for Scooter than the extra lurker help that he got anyway...

I failed to take Bacchus's hill city after losing eight 65%-71% battles in a row. I hate the Protective trait so much. frown

None of these players are using a Pro leader, have been able to build any of the types of units involved in that battle, and finally this game isn't using RB/RtR mod. Whatever you're trying to say makes less sense than ever.
