If all correct we have one more weaving word and one more guess.

Two out of EAGLE, SHARK, and MAMMOTH seem like the obvious answers. Eagle is technically a bird, Shark a fish (I think?).

PUPIL, LAWYER, and PIRATE are all animals, too, but I suspect he's pointing at non-human animals.

Some animals have SPOTs. Some animals BARK.

Yep, two of the three.

Good break for us, and good spider was cleared, but I'm surprised a the clue. Mammoth is extinct while the others are alive. Sadly there's no habitat pairing frown

I think I lean Eagle and Shark.

On one hand Mammoth is the best Animal clue, since if asked what sort of creature it was I'd probably say it's an animal versus a bird or a fish for the other clues.

...Maybe I've talked my self into Mammoth... smile

My thinking was though that Mammoth has a stronger alternative meaning than Shark and especially Eagle. So if one word was going to be overlooked as an animal it would have been the Mammoth.

Fortunately the third creature should at least be gray....

Okay, well, it's one of Shark, Eagle, or Mammoth. I prefer the first two, since at least they aren't extinct. I guess the remaining word is grey, hopefully Pja wouldn't screw us over by giving us a 2-word clue with three obvious choices, one being red or black.

Although Predator (2) works better for Eagle + Shark. But then again, Pja might simply have not thought of it, plus I have no idea which of Eagle or Shark is more "animal-like" to pair with Mammoth.

Mammoth and Spot (archetypal name for a dog) are my choices after some more thought.
