I think Jkaen has a UK origin? If so I'm pretty sure it's "buy a ROUND of JACK in a BAR". But I'd guess them in reverse order.

So we all agree on BAR.
After reading your thoughts, I also agree with JACK (as in Jack Daniels). Initially I thought Bourbon is a wine.

After that, I think claims can be made for
TIME (it needs to age)
CASINO (can get it there)
ROUND (buy a round)

RACKET is a distant possibility, but I think the others are closer

Can we go JACK next Ipecac?

At the end of the evening the barman can call TIME, but I'd still go for ROUND.
