What leaped out to me first for the Bourbon clue was JACK. Jack Daniels is technically Tennessee whiskey, while bourbon is supposed to be made in Kentucky, but few enough people know that, and the clue puts people in mind of that kind of whiskey anyway. If that's right, then it's clever.

Jack, Belt, and Bar were the first three that jumped out at me; Round also makes sense.

Aida is a nice clue for THEATRE and PYRAMID... as long as at least one of them has seen or heard of it. Even if they haven't, it should still be good for THEATRE.

In short, it's a well-known opera set in Egypt.

You may recognize the Grand March from the second act, especially the procession ~2min in:

And this is why I don't like T-Hawk's latest clue...

A TORCH is handy for dark places
A HORSE can help you carry more treasure out
You need a KEY to enter some of the rooms
You might have to fight a SHARK in a watery area
A BELT of giant strength is a very good piece of loot
You might need a rope or LINE
A SCORPION is a possible monster
... as is a WORM
A trap or cursed boot might cause you to SLIP
You might find a DECK of Tarot cards

Can probably find reasonable links to most of the rest of the words, too.

It's just too general. Even if I were to limit my associations to real life adventuring it'd be hard to pick just four, let alone D&D.

Hmm...Adventuring.

TIME? (Adventure Time, which I know T-Hawk's heard of and watched some)
FIELD? (Go out adventuring in the field?)
KEY? (Use them in video game adventures)

At that point I would pass. I don't think that red team can get all 6.

Also, I would have an issue between Theater and Theatre. I don't think that they're just variant spellings like Center and Centre. To me, Theatre implies specifically the kind with the stage, not a movie theater.

Huh, histogram? The kind of chart for a frequency distribution over intervals? I can think of lots of words that might indicate, but none of them are left on this board :D. So the question becomes which pair does this clue for which no simpler and clearer alternatives exist?

Surely this can't be TIME and LINE smile

EDIT: Well I'll be damned. Guess that went just as planned.
