Map is nearly done; posted in the lurker thread and sent to Brick for final feedback. Brick kindly volunteered to do a final polish run before he hosts it.

Just as a warning - we may need to have an extra-long first turn if that's okay. I leave for a weeklong vacation early Saturday morning, and it sounds like the game is unlikely to launch before then. That won't leave me the time to get the plan complete for the first batch of turns, which will make subbing difficult. I'll definitely have some civ time during that week along with pretty consistent internet access, but it'll just take a bit longer.

We have to wait until around Wednesday for mackoti to return anyway, so I'm anticipating a long first turn regardless. Hopefully that's enough time for you to get your plan sorted, but if not that's understandable.

For the first turn we should have something like a 96h timer and keep it paused when no-one's logged in. After we sort it all out we can set it a more reasonable 24h timer.
