I mean I think water was bandied about in another game so it might be something that Bob already has familiarity with in this context. No one else saw the tap connection so I'm willing to go with the majority's first instinct.

FIGHTERs are killers: airplanes, soldiers, sometimes even boxers.
A WEB is helpful for killing insects.
... so is a FOOT.
CHINA killed a lot of people in the Cultural Revolution.
ANTARCTICA has a very hostile climate.
DOCTORs kill their patients sometimes.
... ditto HOSPITALs.
The BERMUDA Triangle (spooky music).
PIPE tobacco has killed a lot of people.

I think Fighter and Whale are definites. I'd guess them in that order, since while Whale is a stronger link it's also easier to overlook IMHO.

After that I like Bond (James) as a literal killer. And then Bermuda, for the triangle. But that might be a 'growing up along the Atlantic coast thing' - to me the Bermuda Triangle is the most obvious Bermuda association.

After that I think I like Pipe (weapon in Clue), Mole, and Doctor.

I guess Killer WHALE is the most obvious connection.
Also a FIGHTER has to do some killing.

If you wear a CROWN, you are prone to being assassinated by a killer.
All other relations are a stretch.
