OK, looks like no one else thinks MOLE. Most of us are in on BERMUDA, then we have to choose DOCTOR, SCALE, or both. Lewwyn, can you make a case for CHINA over those?

I would put scale over doctor.

I narrowly prefer BERMUDA over CHINA because with MILLIONAIRE a red word, the offshore tax haven angle seems more promising. But there's also a chance it could be the fourth Killer word...
I'm not thrilled by either DOCTOR/SCALE and, as I said, would prefer to guess TAP for Conductor before either. Does no one else like WEB?

I was thinking more along the lines of online fraud, i.e. fraud on the Web. But that could easily have been missed.

That seems more of a stretch to me than BERMUDA. Plus if MILLIONAIRE and WEB and BANK were the combo, the clue could have been something like Paypal that would have been on point.
