I'd say go TAP next and then SCALE
You guys did good with Bermuda. I still like China and I think scales over doctor. I think it's possible doctor could be blues killer word. I'm not sure about web but I understand that bob is likely reaching a bit with a 5 word clue. I would also be okay with tap next first.
I think: Tap Scale China Web Doctor Is my order of preference.
