I put myself before oledavy, as most days I can play around 1800 GMT - just slightly less reliable than the 2300 window

If I lose my night playing window, I can usually play in the morning (especially in the earlier turns), so I'd still send the turn in time for the late part of Nicolae's window.

As far as posting civs, I don't think it will make a huge difference. My thought was that if people post in the tech thread in a haphazard order, it might open up the possibility for someone to try and counter someone else and wait until last to announce their pick.

I rolled for the first player in the turn order, and that privilege goes to HAK of course, feel free to disregard and ask someone not in the game to reroll

An unsolicited lurker comment; with the tight clump it might be worth looking ahead at daylight savings changes. Ichabod will move in the opposite direction to Northern hemisphere players creating a relative 2hr shift.
