How realistic is this going to be? As in, do we have to spend money on food, bedrolls, and will we be tracking ammunition for ranged weapons?

Not normally; I tend to abstract to a daily ~5cp cost, etc. Ammo tracking is on you. The odd lights are only a few hours' walk from the village...

If food is abstracted out does that mean that having food and a cooking kit in your inventory is unnecessary ?

If you'd like to abstract to hardtack, that's fine, but having the food and kit adds verisimilitude and gives you more tools, and so is awesome.

If I may :

You shouldn't put "15lbs" in the weight category, just 15. That way the sheet counts the total weight you carry and puts it automatically in the weight column.
Also you should put your crossbow bolts in your "other possessions" category, these things cost money and have a non negligible weight which isn't counted if you don't write it down there.
I don't know why the character sheet isn't showing your AC properly (ie not counting your armor and shield). But it certainly isn't working.
Maybe you want to bring other things with you like food and water ? We may be stuck for a few days up there.

Will do, thanks. I don't have much experience with handling things like weight, past DMs that I have played with normally ignore that stuff since they don't find it interesting.
