You mean Air bubble ?

Up to you, naturally. There are also those potions you guys swiped. You can also attempt to return to the area and look for other signs of traffic (it has not snowed). Don't want to limit you, however; if you have other directions of investigation just let me know.

I think I'm going guidance + light + detect magic + cure light wounds + air bubble. But that will be after a good night's sleep. We can also interogate our prisoner before going back for clues.

'We should ask the prisoner where Raskin and the others may have gone while the cavern flooded. Perhaps out in the submersible, in fact.'

Niall asks the prisoner that. Then we should probably get this show on the road - if Commodore's ready for us. smile

The guard starts to shrug, then stops with a pained grimace. Who knows where that bastard went when he sold the goods. He's been gone a few days, might be back soon. Definitely won't run that infernal machine, though...the Son didn't teach anyone else how to pilot it.

'All right. Thanks for your assistance.' Niall claps the sickly man on the shoulder and smiles. 'We'll be seeing you again soon.'

The guard gasps in pain as you clap him on the shoulder. He glares as you leave.

Ok, my suggestion is we head back to the cave system but dont enter it, if we get back quickly then hopefully we can lay a trap for the merchant when he returns back. The idea of fighting that creature in the water does not appeal to me at all given how we struggled with it on land!

Ok then, let's do it. I haven't had to play the waiting game before in combat, as brawls and skirmishes are more my style. Anyone have a plan to jump the merchant?
I have ambushed people before, but it doesn't seem like it's in my character's nature to know how to plan them, and I'm unsure myself how to set up a non-lethal plan.
Surprise! Turns out I'm a girl!
