I'm good with the picking method. Send saves to greenlinecivfour at gm. Preferred time is 10pm-12am GMT.
Regarding bans: ditto banning nukes and active spies. What about war elephants and Great Lighthouse? My view would be war elephants banned, GLH depends on the map.

ruff_hi: 0000-0300 GMT ipecac: 1100-1500 GMT commodore: 1600-1700 GMT greenline: 2200-0000 GMT Turn order per random.org starts with greenline. Starting areas have been heavily edited to give everyone equal access to opportunities. Stone and marble are not present. Let me know if something is missing. Also, thanks for allowing me to make the map, it was a good learning experience  EDIT: Game speed changed to Normal from Quick per player agreement.

Are we playing native BtS? If so ... then, I guess I am ok with a WE (sniff) ban.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.
