I have a question / bug (it is not a spoiler in any way) that might occur much later in the game. I have just researched chemistry and have tried to build Research Labs but I can't because I do not have a Madrasa. All of the universities I have built have been straight universities, not Madrasaii.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Edit: I found the source of the issue - Education did NOT unlock universities / Madrasii

Probably not. I had very low culture and skipped past as much of the civics as possible.

Apologies for the slow response here. There's no need to post a full report on the Closing Day, only an acknowledgement of your results, and we've always allowed a full 48 hours for that. It can be as simple as one sentence stating the results of your game. We've had a number of people over the years put their reports together after the game itself ended, although of course reports that get posted on the Closing Day tend to attract more responses. Good luck!
