Actually this makes me think your response to me is a little less scummy. If you honestly thought that was my last post.

Could it just be as simple as Adrien and Lewwyn?

Everyone else has managed to give me at least a hint of that warm, fuzzy, townie feeling, but I've not felt it from either of these two as yet.

Right now, what I've got against the idea is that it's too obvious, on two counts:

1) Lew's defence of Ade.

2) Their similar - but opposite - responses to Dp101's logic:

Probably lean townish on DP for terrible logic and backtracking.

Dp for terrible logic.

Not sure why scum would make such connections between themselves.

So I'm scummy because I defended someone you suspect? And I literally called attention to Adrien's piggy backing myself.

MUST BE SCUM!

C'mon winston this is weak and lazy, if not downright scummy.

I also agree on a possible Wolf Blitz. I think the best way to win a 2 vs 5 game for wolves is to play as risky as they need to on Day 1 to get their mislynch, because 2v3 is then very hard for town to stop. So Adrien + Lewwyn seems plausible to me too.

Speaking of a Wolf Blitz...

I'm not wedded to you being a team, and I'm trying to consider your POV if you were town. If I was in your position, I would be suspicious of Lewwyn being scum buddying me with those posts, especially if you now think I am misguided town.

This sounds a lot like:

Possibly running in with the Hail Mary to save your scum buddy, or hoping to setup a focus onto me Day 2, if he is innocent.

Sounds like you are trying to set up that second lynch Gaz.

I think you might be misinterpreting this post (hopefully not deliberately ), he said that you defending adrienIer makes you less likely to be scum together, not more.

Gazglum's response to me makes me want to lock in but I'm open to suggestions. I really have to go to work, I set aside an hour this morning for this, but now I'm on IRL deadlines.

I don't feel that either Gaz or you are the right choice after that exchange. It does make me feel that Gaz is slightly less solid town, but I don't think it rescues you from looking vaguly scummy either.

I would particularly like to hear Novices thoughts on Lewwyn, if you have time tonight.

He makes sense as Adrien's partner, even if a bit obvious. It's make or break after all.
If Adrien is town... he still makes sense as scum actually, since his only memorable action today has been to defend Adrien. Unless I skimmed past something.

So. Scum if scum and Scum if town?

Memorable action... its Day 1! Novice I have no recollections of ANY memorable actions from you. Just a sense of humor and coments on what you're thinking. I feel like that's what I've done.

Also can we stop labelling it "defending Adrien"? I think clearly I was more interested in investigating Gazglum. Defending Adrien was merely a byproduct...
