Hmm. We should consider both military and civilian parades.
A parade Square is a thing.
Conductor seems pretty likely.
Then probably Staff (the twirly sort).
And lastly Beat or Flute?
Outside chance of Plane (for an aircraft display going on overhead, as in a classic Russian military parade).

For the fourth word I have a slight preference for Staff (as in a conductor's baton), but can also see the cases for Beat (a marching beat), Plane (as seen in a military parade), or Germany (source of military parades).
