Not particularly. I like the Civ5/Civ6 approach of selecting out of 3 random options, but in Civ4, especially if we're playing vanilla BTS, we would need to ask lurkers to have those combos at least somewhat balanced. Partly because there are so many more possible combos with unrestricted leaders, so it's much easier to get one OP choice or three poor ones. So we can do something else if that's not possible - I'm happy with anything
