Several of the early wonders are only slightly better than a normal building. Since China can build them for the cost of one builder it works out okay but slow building them is probably a bad idea in multiplayer.
Hanging Gardens: 180 production
+15% growth in cities
Helps you hit the housing cap a little sooner.
Great Lighthouse: 290 production
+1 naval movement
+3 gold
+1 great admiral point
A market is 105 production for +3 gold and +1 great merchant point.
Colossus: 400 production
+3 gold
+1 great admiral point
+1 trade route and trader
At least the trader gets more valuable eventually.
Great Library: 400 production
+2 science
+1 great scientist point
+2 writing slots
Boosts all ancient and classical techs
A library is 80 production for +2 science and +1 great scientist point. Woden only received boosts to Shipbuilding and Celestial Navigation taking them from 2 turns to 1 turn each.

I agree with your overall point, but this particular comparison is like saying "look at the Forbidden Palace, it gives just about as much culture as an Amphitheatre and a work-less Museum, why would you bother." +1 naval movement is really the whole point of the wonder. I can understand why you would decide +1 movement to naval units is not especially powerful (harbors mean it's a much worse idea to ever settle coastal, the general multiplayer habit of playing mostly Pangaea maps nerfing naval even further) but it's certainly not something you would just ignore when talking about the worthiness of the Great Lighthouse.

For me it helped to illustrate just how much hammers you have to invest for that +1 movement point. So 185 production for +1 movement. Now whether that's worth it depends on other circumstances as you correctly pointed out.
I am not too bothered by the weak wonders in general though. If they were too strong, getting certain wonders would be the one right play and narrow the gameplay too much around getting those wonders up. Could there be more wonders that give situational benefits, sure, but at least no wonder is downright broken.
The must-have wonders come later in the tree. I'm a big fan of Forbidden Palace, Ruhr Valley and Big Ben for obvious reasons!

I wouldn't say nothing to show. He is the current Leader in tech. It also depends on the Wonder.
If he had not gotten Stonehenge the game would be over already. (Alhambram getting his religion earlier/ No Norse gods to stop him). Oracle gave him at least 1 GE he would not have gotten otherwise and does speed up his GP-production. Pyramids are worth it especially for him as he got simply 1 free wonderbuilding charge with every worker = a lot of Hammers.
Hanging Gardens is hard to quantify with the Housing/Amenity caps.
Great Library nearly never is worth it. But Colosseum is a very nice wonder. Colossus is 1 more Traderoute + Trader and I would say it is nice to have but depends a lot on how long the game is going to run. Woden got it rather late but since it doesn't cost him that many hammers -only some workercharges - he will come out ahead. Petra is absolutely dependant on the location and I don't think Wodens location is worth it. Terracotta will be worth it. Great Lighthouse most likely not.
All in all I would not call the wonders worthless. And it is a good thing that there is nothing as broken as the Great Lighthouse in Civ4.

What strikes me as funny is that the religion looks to be Alhambram's doom. 2vs1 against Widen would be more natural, but is more or less game ending now.

Play worse.

He just has to refrain from taking archdukes cities. Without those 3 cities oledavy would have no way to attack him.
OTOH i don't think it is the right decision for Woden to make a joint war with oledavy. The later has it a lot easier to make huge profit.

Huh, interesting, so much for no diplomacy.
Smart moves by Woden and Oledavy.
A small consolation for me is that Alhambram´s conquest of me will be his undoing.
