@Japper,

I know this might sound a little premature, but I suggest to end this war and agree on a 20-30 turn NAP. This agreement would have to be honored by both parties without signing the in-game DoF.

Any thoughts?

We seem to share a continent but are on different islands. A shame you did not keep Valetta around a bit more, but I guess the early boost is worth it.

I would be interested to start our relations off on a good start and would like to offer a 30 turn NAP and that we each respect each other´s islands.

Your offer of a NAP from T60 to T89 sounds interesting. There are a few things however, that I would need to impose as it could negatively affect me. As our continents are pretty close, it is theoretically possible for you to shut off access of the Straits between our Islands with city borders. Hence, I agree to a NAP from T60 to T89, under these conditions:

a. NAP comes into effect T60 to T89
b. No closure of the Straits between our Islands. (If it were to happen with city borders, Open Borders should be a given but only cover the Straits and not each others land)
c. Strictly no interference with each others home Island which includes no buying of tiles on the other Island
