Agreed. It's not good that we only have Hadriex's videos to watch...I mean, it's certainly entertaining and fun but he is losing on Hard so it's not something that tells me how to play better.

Unfortunately, I have little interest in that. I have a 3 year old, so my play time is extremely .. Interrupted. Even taking a few screenshots for Catwalk was a hassle. Anything I can do on the bus, away from the game, I have lots of time for. Anything with the game, not so much.

Ran a test if lunatic without wizard spells would be doable, went pretty swimmingly with first wizard defeated by year 5. Elite draconian bowmen vs ghouls, took losses but completely doable.

The second wizard had sky drakes by year 6. I managed to kill one with air ships and banish her, losing 6 ships in process, but she had 3 more elsewhere.

I conceded. I might retry this some later date.

May I ask what item was there originally? Name if possible. Or, if you can, give me a save for the turn before it transformed (you can find an autosave for every turn names SAVE1xxx.GAM where XXX is the turn count)

It probably is some generic memory corruption problem, but if we can reproduce it by replaying the turn that helps finding it. Also as is, I don't know if the hero's equipment got changed to point to the wrong item, or the item itself was marked as a free slot and replaced by a new one.

Moe Material is missing from the item list, so it means the item itself was replaced, not the contents of the slot. That's one fairly important detail.


The cost of the item turns to zero during Sss'ra turn. Cost 0 slots are empty slots so as soon as a new item is created by the game, it'll overwrite that slot.

I'll investigate what causes this tomorrow morning, I need to sleep.

Fixed. Was caused by the AI's "reequip all items at the start of turn" call not passing the correct wizard ID for the procedure call.
