@Jester,

I declined your friendship request, not because I don't like a NAP but because I don't like the in game friendships. If you are agreeable, we can have the same 30 turn NAP with the condition that we both don't touch each others initial Islands. It would last from T85 to T115.

@CFCJesterFool,

I sent peace terms last turn but we were still at war this turn and the deal is still there. I don't know if this is a bug in the game or you just overlooked it. Just figured I would let you know, so you could look for it. Terms are what I stated previously.

In fact, looking at the military standings this turn (cough, Vikings, cough), is everyone around Singaboy ready for a Great-General powered Horseman/Swordsman attack?

Speaking from personal experience over many painful turns in PBEM2, GG led attacks are nothing to mess around with, and I would rather the presumptive game leader not get free cities.

I have a few tricks up my sleave don't you worry...

Agreed on Singaboy being an immense danger btw.

Glad you're awake to the danger. You need more units now though, and you need horsemen/swordsmen of your own.

I won't insult anyone's intelligence my claiming I'm not in a strong position, probably 2nd or 3rd by my metrics. However, with my low population and lack of production, the threat I pose is more long-term, and pales in comparison to the immediate threat posed by Singaboy's army and Hansa-powered production advantage. If he successfully consumes Japper007, he could have this game sewn up by ~t120.

I will of course, do what I can to help Japper007 weather this storm, but given my geographical position, it will be difficult.  Unless meaningful action is undertaken by his neighbors in the next two dozen turns or so, I fear the game will quickly be over.

Hey man no need to help me, I know I'm new to RB PBEM's, but trust me when I say I'm not new to civ 6 MP. It's appreciated though, thanks, I'll remember this if you ever get into trouble heart

Also did Singa already declare on me on my inteturn or something, seems you guys see it as a foregone conclusion or something?

Oledavy is just hoping he can goat some of us into a prolong conflict with somebody he is worried about while he continues to play in his sandbox. I, for one, have better things to do...

Let's revisit this post of yours in about 10-15 turns.

I hope your optimistic read on the brewing conflict is correct. I would prefer that you're right actually.

Likewise, @Japper007, I look forward to seeing what you can do. Best of luck!

Not optimistic, I just have an idea of what Japper007 has going and already playing as if Germany ingests his neighbor. I am more worried about you and the GS you got/get next turn. If you run the science and faith adjacency cards together, your science is going to be double mine and I have double what some of the other folks have.

Oledavy, to be honest with 58! science, I think you are the most threatening of everyone around here.

Since every card is played so openly here, I'd say, the scoring is not really what matters. Science and culture are far more of an indicator and the writing is on the wall, who is the big threat here.

@Arckduke, who would have thought that an English Armada and a German army could ever unite against the rising sun from the east smile
