I'd put the galley to Romali. Korea asked us not to go anyway ... and they've probably got a better navy and could destroy the galley if they declare war anyway.

1 last thing Nakor .. I think the liberalism race might come down to KA or us. We have to try and deny KA the lib race, so I would actually hold off on an academy with that great scientist.

I'd save him to bulb philosophy or education. Hopefully we can get a second great scientist soon. But switching to caste system is risky. Unfortunately to bulb we need alphabet. Only korea has alpha

Regarding tech, let's do alphabet after Calender, then we can build Philosophy and tech paper - edu - lib. That should give us a good chance to win the lib raze.

If you were to get to Lib first, which "free" tech would you likely choose?

Hi Reagan, that's a good question that we haven't discussed yet. I think a lot will depend on what techs others have. If we can get Nationalism and build Taj Mahal first for a golden age that would be a good call, but there are always other options...

Or maybe we should hold off on bulbing philo until we are 1 turn away form paper (just so that we don't attract too much attention to ourselves early - I think this is the best option).

As far as the free tech goes, it's not even close. It has to be Nationalism. On top of that. we've got marble so the Taj should come quickly for us.

The other good alternative is printing press but we don't have that many villages/towns yet.

We plan to expand with another 4-6 cites. 2 on the island Queg is on and the rest on Centralia. Centralia is better to defend, so I guess we'll start expanding there first.

There are a lot of immature cities, but we are getting somewhere now. All we now have to do is stay out of war a bit longer, but...

Whosit mailed about a Korean stack on his border. He expects an DoW and then we have to declare as well.

Korea will declare on The Empire. We'll declare on them, due to our MDP.

We can't really afford a 2-sided war (should Dantski declare) and our forces are NOT in striking range of Korea.

Therefore Plako and I discussed the following deal: (you can read the chat)
Hostilities between our nations will only commence on the main land.
We wont bring galley's, triremes and transports into the fight for the next 15 turns. We'll renegotiate after 10 turns.
