Once again, running in a circle around a CS. Sigh..

Valetta, means focus on settlers and builders thanks to the +2 production.

Dotmap and Lavra positions in 4-5 turns with more scouting. Until I got a feel for the lay of the land, I am not sure where I am aiming towards.
I feel like I have a rather nice capital, although I terribly miss the irrigation eureka, maybe at city #2.

Really, a natural wonder in the capital?

I am confident that I won´t be able to storm his capital right now, but I can at the very least hurt his development a lot. Add 1-2 barbarians to the mix and Cornflakes is in a real pickle atm.

The current plan is to do damage, keep some archers around and then build horseman and an encampment and the Strategos card to provide a GG.

Watching this game with interest. Thanks for reporting, Archduke.
I Think I'm Gwangju Like It Here

A blog about my adventures in Korea, and whatever else I feel like writing about.

Basically Maneuvring. Cornflakes has timely built a chariot, else this game would have been over in 2-3 turns.

I decide against moving out of the chariot´s city reach, he can´t kill the warrior without exposing himself.

Reinforcements are incoming, Oligarchy is chosen, Horsemans will be built in the capital in 3-4 turns.

I also suicide my scout against his redlined warrior, because why not. He will probably even survive as I am confident Cornflakes has lost his archers and will not sacrifice his chariot or risk his capital.

The plan right now is to force a victory by Horseman and GG or at the very least ensure that Cornflakes is not able to expand.

After

Funny note, increasingly his barb problem is becoming my barb problem at his capital.

A bit of time at my hands means better reporting.

Anyway, a traffic jam extraordinaire.. banghead

The noose tightens, I will probably pillage the mine next turn and try to kill more units. Or even bombard the capital with 4 archers, we will see.
