Hi!
Would it be possible to have some settings for the game in a property-file?

I would like to be able to set the required experience for each hero level myself and there are probably a lot of other things people would like to be able to configure.

Uh, no, that would be ultra hard to do. There are plenty of tools to modify the game like the tweaker. (not sure if it can change EXP though, maybe not? If I posted where it is in the wizards.exe, would that help you?)

I guess I need a hex editor to use the info about where in wizards.exe it's stored, right?

I haven't used a hex editor for MoM before, but I'm a programmer myself so I hope I can manage

Good, in that case, go to $2B216 in wizards.exe and the amount of EXP needed is stored there, 2 bytes (one word) for each level in increasing order. (so $2B224 is the last one)
