You infer correctly: The only player still deciding on second-round picks is mackoti.
On the map, thanks to Cornflakes, we're a lot closer than we were even just a few days ago, and as a result I think we're still on track for Mardoc's estimate from a week and a half ago: The whole thing should hopefully be ready by the second weekend in February, though his caveat does still apply:

Okay, third round picks posted in the relevant spoiler threads. Only AdrienIer and Shallow Old Human Tourist have an actual decision to make before we can post the overall results in this thread.

Hey Ref! May be you can put final leader/nation list under spoiler with the mark "Not for Old Harry and his team"?
I dont want to make him hurry or smth, but we could discuss what others have got in our threads while we are waiting for map anyway.

There's definitely a better way to format and post this, but here goes; hopefully I at least entered all the data right:
I found some of the random results quite surprising, which I guess is in the nature of random results. Stuff like: Carthage turning up in every single round, whereas Mali lost the first two (larger!) lotteries but grabbed one of the last two spots, and several civs (including India!) and two leaders (Sitting Bull and Frederick) never got rolled in any round at all. I was surprised by the number of leader pairs who shared a trait with one another too. Also, a total of four leaders were rolled with a chance to be paired with their "normal" civ, and two of those were accepted, which is pretty neat.
So ... now we just have to get the map finished before you all get bored of talking about each other's picks and simming out your starts, I guess. Working on it!
