I can randomize the civs/leaders for you, but please first make a list of all the civs so I don't have to chase them down. Also divide them into the groups you want randomized ... e.g. do you want 2/player from tier 1 [Expansion + 3 DLC], 2/player from tier 2 [DLC/OP vanilla], 2 per player from tier 3 [weak vanilla]? Do you just want 2 tiers with [Expansion + 3 DLC] and [everything else]?
Also the only guideline I saw on the player order was "keep the 2 Americans together" ... are you sure you don't want something more specific/intentional on the player order? If not that's fine and I can make it random, please just make this easy and re-post the player list specifically labeling the Americans so it's crystal clear

Civilization List: Vanilla: 19 America Arabia Brazil China Egypt England France Germany Greek(Pericles) Greek(Gorgo) India(Ghandi) Japan Kongo Norway Rome Russia Scythia Spain Sumeria DLC: 8 Australia Aztec Indonesia Khmer Macedonia Nubia Persia Poland Expansion: 9 Cree Georgia India(Chandragupta) Korea Mapuche Mongolia Netherlands Scotland Zulu This means 38 Civilization alltogether Now we have 6 players, so please do the following: 1st Player 2 Expansion 4 Vanilla 2nd Player 2 Expansion 1 DLC 3 Vanilla 3rd Player 2 Expansion 1 DLC 3 Vanilla 4th Player 1 Expansion 2 DLC 3 Vanilla 5th Player 1 Expansion 2 DLC 3 Vanilla 6th Player 1 Expansion 2 DLC 3 Vanilla If someone objects to being 1st player I can do that. So I am the only one without DLC civs. Else random.
