[img] [/img] overview of territory.
[img] [/img] found pindicator's scout.
[img] [/img] hoping scout continues its journey, dont really want to lose it to the lion..
[img] [/img] demo's continue to show me behind the pack, but not too far behind the pack. Which given my skill level compared to the playing field, i think im doing pretty great :D
[img] [/img] pindicator joins BGN and Rusten for players with a city in the "top 5".
[img] [/img] the spot where i stopped an intruding/scouting warrior of dtay's from getting any closer, ( which might have forced me to whip a defender ) Threw Dtay a ceasefire.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Turn 42-
[img] [/img] Demographics, middle ground area... not impressive.
[img] [/img] George carlin ( warrior ) continues his trek thru the jungle in search of friendly neighbors. Pindicator continues to scout out TBS.
[img] [/img] Met 4 close neighbors, and 6 people total... im curious how that compares to others? Not that its likely beneficial for now, but with no map trading... its nice to get some kinda idea of the map layout.
Some bar graphs.. [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img]

Turn 43-
[img] [/img] Demographics are looking a TAD bit better... at least in the GNP department. Which if i remember right, isnt one of the big demos yet, something about food/production for early game.. :/
[img] [/img] Overview of what i have explored so far, and civs around me.
[img] [/img] met Dreylin. Now im curious where HE is, ugg more scouting.. Also identified a Fantastic spot for a city. 5 food!!
[img] [/img] changed my Settling spots down in the south, now ill have first ring corn, silver, and sheep for city #3. i plan on city 5-6 being to the north to hem in Dtay.
[img] [/img] my warrior continues to scout out the southeastern part of the world.
[img] [/img] scout is healing up because a sneeze from anything is enough to kill it at this point.
[img] [/img] Dtay continues to be fortified in the same spot.. he cant settle a city right there... is he just trying to prevent diagonal attacking? im thinking my north fortress city, will be to the left of my DS. Claiming 2 deer and a banana along with plenty of hills for production, while also having a nice killing field in front of it.
Outside of really intense micro.... any questions for me? i can only wonder what kind of conversations are happening in those other threads . Are they just doing a bunch of off topic stuff? or is this Sulla/speaker level of detail!?

Demographics for a change, arent Super terrible..
[img] [/img]
Top cities, BGN/Rusten/Pindicator all holding top spots.
[img] [/img]
Completed my settler, running it south to "backlines" for a commerce city.
[img] [/img]
Decided to hell with waiting another 5 turns healing, and sent my scout to what will likely be a quick and painful death..
[img] [/img]
Bar graphs.

Overview with culture boundaries.

With DS killed, DZ might have a stupid amount of land now, he captured 2 cities according to civ stats, so he's ahead of me, AND killed his neighbor... great. My only hope now, is to be able to quickly expand and keep my cities till i hit knights.

Continuing to try and deny actual scouting of my border with TBS, by,.... TBS. if he moves within range i will be forced to execute his warrior. I also continue what little micro i can think of, to get granary's and settlers out asap. I continue to be #1-2 in power, and i hope that keeps my neighbors from getting too touchy with their feeler warriors. Anyway, onto the pictures.
[img] [/img]
Found Commodore, might poke inside and see what he has, then offer a peace treaty..
[img] [/img]
small overview. [img] [/img]
Space-overview, as you can see there is a Dark blue civ to the far west.. curious who that might be.

All currently found players, and whom they have met.

Switched Harry Potter to granary, to be whipped/chopped ect into a barracks, as i don't need the culture as badly as the granary. Whipped Red Fern Grows for 2 pop, probably not optimal but wanted to rush another settler out to claim some of this juicy land. continue to try and cut off TBS's warrior to avoid scouting.
[img] [/img]
[img] [/img]
Moving closer to entering Commodore's borders.
[img] [/img]
Rusten's cap got knocked off the top 5 cities list... interesting.
[img] [/img]
Slight update on space-overview.

cant create a poll after a thread has been made... thats kinda lame. but anyway, To kill or not to kill this settler. i moved there last turn, or the turn b4 that, and healed/skip this turned the warrior. then this settler comes running up, and he ends his turn with it right there... to take the ez kill or not too... @lurkers. please vote if you can. otherwise ill be making the decision when i wake up/get off work tomorrow. ( as i havent ended my turn )
