Turn 51-
Declared war on Commodore, killed his un-escorted settler that he moved Right in front of my warrior on the edge of his border.... . Deleted that worker that is given when you capture/destroy a settler, as i do not need it. Plan is to continue towards his cap/cause general disarray, as he is basically too far away to do much back before id be ready for it. In other parts of the world, Dreylin completed Stonehenge. wouldnt mind having that... im continuing to try and keep TBS's warrior away from my border. Fairly sure if there is a "race" going on there, i have the first half? of the timer. Was going to send current settler to the south near rusten, but now i realize i need to get cities to my north/east area ASAP as its much MUCH more fertile and is being rapidly taken. So that's a difficult question to answer, but I'd say the most important point is that you shouldn't log in (and especially should make no moves) until after Commodore has ended turn, since you are definitely in a war-time turn split with him. I would also say that TBS is under no obligation to wait and play after you if he is doing so peacefully, as civstats shows him ending turn before you on all but one of the last several turns.
The argument for taking the first half of the split would be if you feel the that you moved the dog soldier between your civs before TBS moved his warrior in that region on T50 and T51, but that would in effect be taking advantage of (legally, insofar as it was peacefully) double-moving TBS on T49-50, which has arguably already given you an advantage that you wouldn't have had were you playing sequentially. Also, it looks like you moved other things in the region (e.g. the Warrior from Red Fern Grows) after seeing TBS's move T51.
That said, I don't think you need to wait for TBS to play if Commodore ends turn and TBS still hasn't played, unless you are actually declaring war on him or have reason to believe you're in a Settler race or the like: He didn't object to your T49/50 peaceful double move, and surely won't object if you play before him again if he's late to play. Just try to avoid double-moving for advantage and it should be fine.

fair enough. i dont plan on declaring war, unless he tries to bypass my DS to go towards my cap. honestly didnt realize i had double moved until after i had moved.

Turn 52-part 1.
Decided i need commodore to be at least a threat to TBS in the future, so i threw him a 10 turn peace deal. while also showing him my warrior 1 turn away from sacking his copper city.. he whipped something in his cap, so i didnt charge there, but to not take the peace treaty would be quite... stupid imo. Will post the rest of the turn/screenshots tomorrow, as im doubtful the turn will have rolled by then anyway.

turn 52- Part 2.
Was able to login and take a couple screenshots. Mackoti found me with his scout, and im fairly sure thats who's dark blue culture i saw in the space-overview. New turn in 4 hrs. Cant wait :D - To those that know how war/turn splits go, im assuming i have to wait till Commodore plays, AND finishes his turn before logging in? or is it only if im going to do something ( like move the warrior ) that i cannot do till he is done. Providing he doesnt accept my peace treaty of course.

im also under the belief that i wiffed the start of this game something fierce.. the days of expecting a rush in the gamespy lobbies had me trying to get units out alot faster than i should have. In pb39 im going to do ALOT better than this game i can assure you that.

That's the best practice. You can PM him if you want to ask permission to log in early for a look around and to make moves not near the front, as long as you keep it to that kind of purely logistical question and nothing that could be mistaken for diplomacy.
