One down, four to go. A number of thoughts going forward:
- Once Writing is in and Tal Verra claims the forest tile between the mountain and the cotton it might be a good idea to put a Campus down on that spot. It'd be +1 for adjacency but with the addition of Commercial Hubs on each of the open adjacent grassland tiles it would be up to +2 and get the Commercial Hubs to +3 each.
- Bacchus isn't the only one rolling with regards to the fog west of Camorr. The river over there might provide a location that gets that coastal iron second ring for a city plant.
- Kabul should acquire the iron once you add an envoy to it.
- I'm no expert but Japper continues to confuse me. His empire score is really only 11 or does he have a district completed in his capital?
- Kish looks to be an iron grab and doesn't look that bad. Sippar should probably have been planted a bit to the east by your marker and the Sippar location backfilled later. I think if Rowain can get cojnquered next the game is yours unless Alhambram or CMF kick it into high gear and take over their half of the map. However, I don't see that happening given their prior PBEMs.

- Time to builid some horsemen?
Yeah, I will lay down some campi.
The scouting just west of my capital is atrocious indeed.
True, Kabul is fine.
Japper confuses me as well, but did so in PBEM #5 as well, so..
Horseman it is soon as I can hit GERS!
Rowain is next.
The 4 chariots intended for Granada head south.
Zanzibar building walls, I will keep it around then.
So, I doubt anyone will be suprised, but what is next on the table?
A GG powered Horseman attack on Rowain!
We switch to CR for we do not need a military policy atm and Kabul is way better then the stupid Oligarchy EXP bonus.
Also I could use the amenity.
More culture for districts:
Writing done, next up horseman.
And GG card together with 1 encampment, soon 2, means Classical Era GG.
This will be brutal.
The only thing missing is a trading post, which I forgot to do with my singular trader, I may be forced to get a commercial hub just for that. (Scratch that, hub and market)
Because who wants to see Economy chops perfectly lined up all day? Not in this thread.

I am normally overly cautious, but between Rowain and Japper I am way more worried about Rowain.
I agree. I read Rowain's thread in PBEM3, and he seems to be a capable player. He correctly identified the need to prevent his neighbor from settling too close to him, as well as (eventually) allying against the eventual winner. You should take him out if possible.

What is the gg situation?
What are your war aims?
Do you suspect he will declare on you before T80?
Will advise on the first.
Only I am gathering GG points at a rapid rate (encampment + card + CR), noone else. Why is beyond me.
War aims? Total conquest, anything less is a waste of time in CIV VI.
I highly doubt it, he has been rather passive, peaceful so far, which is very unlike PBEM #3. Seems like he felt boxed in in that game, whilst he seems of the opinion he has ample space in this PBEM. Only explanation I can come up with. I expect a massive power spike soon, though as Rowain will definetly see the GG points coming.
I denounced Japper to mask my intentions a bit.
