OH agreed to sign peace so the situation resolved but this is temporarily. In general we are screwed. The last position in the scoreboard represents the situation well. We lost well develepod city and spent many whips on unnecessary units which we will be unable to use any soon. Also OH has just planted 2 cities and I believe they both steal our possible city locations. Also we lost that worker thatwe failed to produce because of 2nd phase. Also probably we will become a target for GJ attack. And we have 0 cottagesby turn 73.

The main thing I regret is that I had 2 archers built but I moved them to the wrong place at last minute. I also neglected sentries which could act better than dozens of defenders. So this is what I have learnt.

But the life goes on and lets see what we can do.

I concur with your assessment of our situation. We have now lost more than OH and we were in a worse position drom the beginning. The basic lesson is to scout better and to have spears in backline cities. It is also to avoid starting conflicts that you can not follow through on.

I was blind by thinking that it was me who wasnt giving peace to OH. This was right idea for the beginning but I let too much to pass without doing anything. I believe we could afford to send a sentry if we were not going to set up guards.

To justify myself I must admit that I was busy in this month and not paying much attention to the game.

OH hasnt planted close to us using peace yet. But he now has 9 cities and probably worst troubles with economics than we do. I am going to replant Utica a bit further, no need to share rice from cap (it can be shared with coastal city) and no urgent need in silver, while we need pigs in the first ring.

I dont see much reasons in attacking GJ yet. His front has just expanded borders and I doubt he will plant any further.

But in 2 turns we will see his graphs. If he is weak we can try razing that city with 4 axe, 3 spears and archer. What do you think? Or we'd better dont and just wait till he comes for us with knights.

If I count correctly we have 7 cities so we are not that far behind. With cheap granaries and forges our cities will become productive fast. I would try to squeeze every drop of commerce to try for the colossus. If we fail it then it is HBR with the failgold.
