Thinking. It's been a long time since we saw a proper pink dot. And the spot with a trillion resources in the east is clearly the best city location I found so far. It's only 8 tiles from the capital, too, not like it's on the other side of the map. Should I do it?...

First contact on T19 - JR4's scout showed up from NW. Not the worst neighbour to have when you live in fear of the Mongols and the Egyptians lol

Still thinking about the pink dot, will need to scout around the spot and see who else may have plans for it. BGN is sending the right message though. Might as well have a good time

Hoped there would be a spot to the west of the capital to work its flood plains cottages, but doesn't look like there's a good option. Still considering the options in that area

Decided to go for the banana dot for the second city. Was also considering the spot on the spices to the west of the capital, which would be able to work flood plains cottages for the capital, and it's likely to be the third city. But wanted the second city a little farther away, because it will be a holy city, and I don't want its culture to go to waste. The spot next to bananas is on a hill, and its culture will block the land bridge towards Egypt, so I think it's a good option
