Then Card (and to a lesser extent Ring) for the celebration association and Sink for where a cake is partially prepared.

Post-spoiler - rho reminds me of the 90s/00s (?) alt-rock band Cake, so Band is extremely on-point if Bob knows them. From what I very vaguely recall he's the correct demo.

That wasn't my intent at all. I was meaning one of those decorated paper things you can wrap around the outside of a cake. Perhaps they have a different name or aren't a thing outside the UK.

Hmm, the fourth word is tricky. I can see a connection to Band and Card but if all the first three are correct I`d rather pass after that as we can pick up the last word later.
