ALASKA and AMBULANCE seem obvious.
You might get hypothermia if you DROP through the ice.
I've come close to hypothermia by sitting in a STADIUM during bad weather.
You'd be in danger of hypothermia if you wore your LACE underthings in winter.
You can get hypothermia from lying on the GROUND too long.

Not a big fan of any of these, I'm hoping the rest of the team comes up with something more convincing.

Read DaveV's post before typing this, but I agree that ALASKA is obvious. Relating cold to a medical condition strongly points to AMBULANCE. And hypothermia is a DROP in body temperature. That trio seems pretty solid to me with nothing else that looks close at all.

ambulance - gonna need one maybe
drop - in temperature

Definitely agree on ALASKA and AMBULANCE.

Not sure why, but my mind went to CRAB as in Alaskan crab fishermen. But I see that's not something that popped to mind for my teammates.

Would be happy for ALASKA and AMBULANCE to be pointed to for sure. Although I can see connections to all the possibles DaveV posted, I think I agree with T-Hawk with DROP as the most likely...but I kinda want to wait until sleeping on it to point to that one.
