Do we need to establish turn order? I am in CST time (GMT -6) in US and my ideal play window is GMT 12:00 AM - 6: 00 AM.

I'm US EST (GMT - 5) and my ideal window is 10pm to 4pm GMT (5pm to 11pm EST). Please note that depending on the day (mainly Monday & Friday evenings and some Tuesdays) I'll be in the tail end of the window (last hour or so) but will try to be in the front half of the window otherwise.
I can also try to get in turns during the early game before I go to work (11:30am to 12:30pm GMT, 6:30am to 7:30am EST), but no guarantees.
