I'll go ahead and say Yes to "no wars" and all others should do the same. If you vote No here, you're pretty much projecting intent and will be treated as hostile out of the gate. Besides, there's always T26....

I vote if you start with hunting, you get a starting scout. Otherwise, you get a warrior.
I'm fine with no war until after turn 25.
