Looks more or less no one objecting to "no war till t25" Now that that is out of the way, Settings/everything looks fine in game.

I did check the set-up threads for the earlier games I played in and it seems scout start was explicitly noted. Lesson learned sorry everyone.

I think so. I chalked it up to the turn roll. I played last so did double turn. Everything was done within a minute so the program may have sorted it wrong.

It worked well when I joined the test game.

No one disagreed with superdeath's summation above in this thread and we have had an illegal war declaration. Please reload to chumchu's login save [05/07/2019 17:49:06 24 chumchu]. Chumchu and Irismono will need to replay.
