I kind of agree with this. I sent a PM to Exrook to see if he is still willing to help out, or if there is anybody else out there that can help, please speak up. I can give step-by-step instructions on how to place the starting locations if need be. I do think if something doesn't happen in 1 weeks time, we can just roll with it.

Don't do what I did: PBEM 3 - Arabia , PBEM 6 - Australia This worked well enough: PBEM 10 - Aztecs Gamus Interruptus: PBEM 14 - Indonesia 
Gathering Storm Meanderings: PBEM 15 - Gorgo You Say Pítati, I Say Potato: PBEM 17 - Nubia The Last of the Summer Wine: PBEM 18 - Eleanor/England

We need to create a new game at PYDT. Apparently the Earth map option in the game settings refers to the Base game and not Gathering Storm. I should have left it on custom map option banghead  Now that I started the game, I can't change it.
