Commodore, will you tell us the exact settings you used to roll our map? Massive, normal, or snaky continents? Normal islands or tiny islands? Islands mixed in or islands separate? High, medium, or low sea level? Is the climate something other than temperate? Lastly, did you change the dimensions away from what they are on a normal Big and Small small-sized map at all?

I assume current version of RTR is now good enough to start the snakepick?
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Looks like the 4.1.0.8 thread has quieted down, and nobody has chimed in with new bugs. I assume that means the answer is yes.

Nonetheless it won't hurt if everybody tests their civ before the game actually starts.

i tested it, seemed to work fine
edit: is the spear supposed to have hunting as it's tech pre-req? The only thing about that I could see in the discussion thread is with the Holkan, not the normal spear. Also, what exactly is the point of that change?
nevermind

I think that's the vanilla requirement. Did RtR have a different spear tech?
