Because I am blind. Thanks for pointing it out.

Turn 7
Scout finished. Plan is for a quick settler and the warrior circling back in time for the settle followed by a Holy Site at the capital and the 2nd city.

What a peculiar map so far. A good city spot, defensible.

Turn 10
I spotted CS borders SE last turn, but I still have not scouted it. Commercial.
I stumble upon a CS north last turn, a tundraball religious. Normally a nightmare for me. But with Japan, actually good.
Resized my screenies to bigger resolution.

Finally some time at hand. So I am at turn 12 (feeling a bit lonesome especially compared to the exploding thread of scooter. )
Anyway. A look at the current state.
Current scouting trajectory of my scout is a loop around the mountains to the west to scout my immeadite area.
The warrior runs back to escort our early settler. As soon as the capital can and the 2nd city is settled we build Holy Sites in both cities before anything else.
City #3 in the southeast is coastheavy, as is Bandar Brunei which is not only an excellent acquisition target but can be defended rather easily. Ships could be an issue, need to scout more.
Let´s hope we do not have to hard research Astrology to the bitter end, we could very well end up doing so. After that builder each, ToA in the capital, some slingers in city #2. So far so good.
No impressive GS or GM.
Settled on a naming sheme.
For starters:

Gotta knock a little harder
Space Lion
Blue
Ave Maria
Egg and I
Don´t bother none
As always if I need more something has gone horribly wrong or right.

I know it is a little early but feedback on the map would be useful for me. I know what I like on a map but not sure if it is translates to others. Probably ask later when you uncovered more.

@Woden
The map for sure is interesting. I got a plains hill capital so I am happy overall. Will comment more when I see more.
Turn 14
Detour needed for another CS it seems. If I can first contact more then 2 CS I am happy. By the looks of it, I should be first to that one in the north even though turn 14 is a bit late.

Could get pantheon 2 turns earlier, but then it is a waste of a pantheon. +5 CS against barbs is a no brainer. Going with foreign trade yet, as the craftmanship eureka will be quite some way behind. Military low opening for me, where has the world gone to.
