Only watched the video, havent had time to look at the gameplay trailer/demo but i hope they have moved it back towards more Diablo 2, and less diablo 3 kinda crap.

Looks like the art style is definitely much more in the diablo 2 style. Game looks strongly based on D3, but I haven't watched much yet. Looks like there's public events? Blizzard does do nice cinematics.
Hopefully the game play will be good, and they have learned something from the mistakes of the D3 launch. The game did get significantly better over time, but if they had started from a better place the entire experience could have been so much more than it was.
