Scout is going in general to SW to spawnbust. Worker in the southern city to mine copper, new worker to gold and cottaging worker next to chop the adjacent forest.

Cities do what they're queued to do and there are marking on the map.

Tech sailing writing.

Also, the cottaging Worker; I assume he's intending to chop the marked forest on the hill next?

Yes. I've played turn today, so Saturday and Sunday. I've left notes on the map and put units to move where they should, but if there is something unclear you can do common sense moves.
