Eagle and Pirate for sure. Not so sure about third. Game is alive. So is Mint. I don't think it's Trunk. I'd probably guess Game as third and then Moon.

I don't think both GAME and MINT are Blue, because then we would have been clued Alive 4, which would have told us there was overlap with Spin, and so locked down GAME.

I'm also concerned that if the intended words are EAGLE/PIRATE/GAME, we would have been given a more specific clue, i.e. Animal 3 or Warm-blooded 3. A clue as generic as Alive suggests MINT as one of the words. (It's possible OH was just clueing against WASHINGTON, who is not Alive, but both Animal and Warm-blooded would have accomplished the same thing.)

I very much doubt MOON is the assassin. It has such a strong connection to Spin, which we all spotted, that it would be too dangerous to propose. But I can easily see one of our other Spin guessess (OIL, VACUUM, GAME, COVER, SUIT) being the assassin.

With this much uncertainty, I think it's reasonable to play conservatively and decline the +1. We'll have two words left, which can easily be clued next round. But if we want to use all our guesses, then the safest words seem to me:

PIRATE
MINT
MOON

in that order.

I vote in favor of Game > mint as i find animals much more alive than what i consider a flavor of gum. ( yeah yeah the plant mint )
