DWARF and KIWI are obvious. Don't really know where to go after that, as I don't know the series that well:

UNICORN for the fantasy setting?
Do they DANCE?
Is there a STREAM in the village?
Maybe MINT/OLIVE as well for possible plants in the village or CAT for animals?

I think UNICORN is worth a guess but don't like the others much.

AMAZON because you can buy copies of the book(s) and film(s) there? I guess that leads to STREAMing the movie(s) ...

PLASTIC for the toy figures of HOBBITs that have presumably been made?

I also considered UNICORN as a fantasy animal, although it doesn't feature in Middle Earth, but that was before I'd though of AMAZON/STREAMing.
