Hello Old Harry,
if I remember correctly, AI players got this tech even if it is not noted in the Worldbuilder save, but not the barbarians.
To be 100% sure, i've checked it now ingame, too: No archery for barbarians.

PBSpy noted a reload/time change. I had to reload the latest logout save because of a technical issue issue.

Lord of the Civ started the Christmas pause (= very long timer) yesterday. It will last until Jan. 05. 2020.
Please don't ask why six players (no RP player) in this round didn't finished their turns. :-(
If one of your guys is absent: If you give 100% clear instructions, the arbiter or I could also move your turn.

"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Is there a replacement list? I'm spoiled, but amazingly green, so those should easily counter each other . If you need a replacement let me know! I will stop reading threads for a bit.

Rule clarification please.
The starting Archer. (with Ambush promotion)
Must stay in the city proper?
Or must stay in my culture?
For example, could it move to protect a farm within my culture?
Or move to a different city of mine?
