(Spoilers) Churchill's Old General Death

He's either going mining-BW or hunting-archery. I'd guess the former. His second warrior should come out in 3-4 turns.

If he follows us to the gold we can move back to the city until the warrior can get to the gold to cover the worker, then he has 30% odds to steal the worker and end our game... How do you feel about building a second warrior before the work boat?

I'm too used to playing with starting scouts, so this situation came as a bit of an unpleasant surprise, but I'm not sure if there's much you can do about an agg neighbor with a warrior.

I feel our best option is finish the workboat, start warrior, finish warrior ( archery should be about done somewhere around here ) pump archers till we both get ate. He can molest our corn/cow/gold rather easily.. but harder to get a galley out for babylon. My mind isnt made up, but i see that as the best long term/short term strat that doesnt leave it up to RNG. ( he can try and attack into a pro/cha archer with 120%+ extra bonus's with his agg warrior ) and if he wins that imma just flip the table. We cant be friends this game even though there looked to be plenty of non-settleable land near us.... but he wanted to provoke, probably hoping that we would get our worker stolen.

Also, if for some odd reason he waits till the turn roll, and double moves to grab the worker.. im getting a plane ticket to Germany. twirl

Does he even have vision of the tiles to the south and west of your capital?

I don't think so. When you look at the north or the east you can see that there are 2 tiles in case there is nothing between visible.  In case of the jungle you can't see what's behind. On the east there are hills which hide the view on the second tile. Therefore I would say: No, the city hill should block the sight. But I have no idea what happens in case he moves his warrior on the forest hill.

But you could build an example in the map editor if you wanna know it wink

No. He has never gone around my capital at any point in the game, and he cant see those tiles till he gets around to where the gold is.

Started naming units song names, because that shouldnt be a problem. ( i can change the worker name if its really that big of a deal )
Archer of LOLWHYDOESYOURMETANEEDTHIS, is named Freeze frame: Worker that cant catch a break is named: Warrior i named :

Going forward, going to need names for all the archers we will be building, the workboat for the turn that its alive... ect.

ALSO, really hate that he can sit on that forested hill and basically screw us outta 2 resources ( there was no way to get the warrior back in time, so its finishing exploring before covering a tile WITH another warrior ) Not risking the worker. No one is going to worker steal from me in this gamespy-wannabe game.

Cant risk sending the worker too far south ( towards the cow ) because he could move the warrior to the south of our capital and prevent us from getting back to safety atm.

Looks like a decent spot to our west for a 2nd city. Curious what his warrior is doing. He could be a REAL pain and sit on that forested hill north of the capital and force us to not improve anything... ( i cancelled the worker after it began farming ).. Was this all magically just to scout past us? That would be really.... fucking dumb. Either way, Workboat-warrior-archer-settler is probably our gameplan. With an archer flood to keep CR/Babylon from having a fun game if possible.

the following players did not finished their turn:

Lotze (id=20)
chegg (id=22)
Fimi (id=24)
2metraninja (id=32)

Why. How. WTF. Can we get one of those neighbors next time instead of this babylon player?

Lotze 3 turns in a row.. I know you dont have much to do these first few turns... but not even logging in? Just think if we had done that. Would have had our worker captured! God damn, wish i had known this pb was going to be like this lol
