Spoilers- Superdeath prays that the RNG gods be kind.

id be fine being buddies for a long time had we just signed peace. Dealing with Rusten/OH Overwhelming lead should be enough of a " hey, lets do something to change this world " imo.

I only did this attack because ive read somewhere that alot of players can actually realize a "limited" war vs total conquer. figured id try. /whooosh.

How does he know he can trust you to be buddies for a long time? Is the result of your limited attack something he can accept?

He doesnt, No one does. The result of my limited attack was a slight resetting of borders and building a city where it SHOULD GO.

It should be acceptable, but im under the impression that he screwed up his start badly enough, coupled with OH/Rusten breaking this game to give him no hope of winning so he is now dead-set on forever war.

received a 5tpeace treaty with the stipulation that i cancel deals with (krill) TBW and Rusten. I sent it back to him as HE stops trading with rusten. Lets see if he accepts. Engineering-guilds beeline. prebuild HA's everywhere, whip every. Single. city. for Knights. Try and take DS out.

Alternatively... Providing that i can trust DS, id swap to an astro beeline and use my triple promo maces to wreck coastal cities of the leaders.

Sent that offer to him. Also sent open borders to him for the 2nd turn in a row. I out tech him, so its probably in his best interest to be friendly.. right?

Had to post, because for some reason DS didnt want to give me open borders so that i could move my trireme stack back to my territory. So, instead... he lost 1 freshly made workboat, and 2 nets. I tried to send him open borders in the most friendly-esq way possible. Even sent it with fish-fish offers. Sigh.

Also, Commodore cancelled our open borders and moved a trireme up. Odd. He cant have done that to harm my economy because i have open borders with.... everyone else practically. So i can only assume he didnt want my scouting trireme to see something. Im preparing for a naval assault from Commodore which will of course nicely time with DS marching in from the south. I can handle one or the other rather easily. I have privateers being built/whipped very shortly. So any Commodore threat should be handled. Im worried about needing to whip down everything to stop DS using his better land to take down my cities one by one. I cant be building privateers when i need cats/units. Really REALLY wish i had known how big of a map this would be. Fuuuck.

Ill have engineering in 3-4t.  Filmore will have Lighthouse-Moai-harbor-GG to build stupid high exp boats/units. Ill save gold till i know if Commodore is going to pull a Mr.Cairo and build 50 caravels and transport units that way, or if my trireme sentry net can stop any galleys.

Another fish razed. Moved more trireme defenses north as im worried about a commodore invasion. Engineering can be completed in 2.5t or so, but im going to save gold incase i need to upgrade. Also, im sure DS will take the trireme-trireme trade this turn, but im hoping he loses at least 1 to kill it. The rest will be moving out of his culture then i will send a peace treaty. Really wish we could have been friends tbh. But i also wasnt expecting to have 20 cities without being a CONTENDER... lol. Damn this map is huge.

My luck has gotten better and better as the game goes on... simply 3-4t away from having a decent Privateer stack ready, Commodore brings this stack of shit to my doorstep. And he can neatly fork my island, and my mainland... IF he drops off 20 knights/ect im fucked. I cant handle it on land right now. Way too many new cities without pop to whip. But if he tries to move that galley force outside of cities.... ill sink it.

Please kill me soon Commodore, this pitboss hasnt been enjoyable.

First off i want to say. My " Superdeath prays that the RNG gods be kind "  can kindly go fuck itself.

Mostly for the Woody3 spear losing a 98% battle FLAWLESSLY. That, was a real blow. The commodore caravel kicking mine to the curb without taking a hit was just par for the course. A golf course at the mental hospital maybe, but still.

Commodore has a small window where he could take my capital, but he will lose ALOT of galleys if he moves now.. He also has Privateers. Yay! Also, i got a new GG this turn and i failed to see that it wasnt in my MOAI city, so i screwed myself outta even more powerful boats by settling it in another city.. Ugg.

Anything anyone wants to know/see? Ill only really be posting any revenge kills/really shitty RNG from now on. Cheers!  banghead
