Well this is fascinating. The only reason I can discern that we’d get an unlimited clue here is because there are words clued previously that we didn’t hit, and which don’t fit Azoth’s plans so he needs to highlight them for us. I can imagine us getting BERLIN correct by chance, which means we want to consider at least one more word, but I’m having a hard time imagining that Azoth didn’t mean both HOLE and CHOCOLATE, so we probably don’t want to guess more than one DONUT word. Here I favor SATURN over ROULETTE.
Now the cost of an unlimited clue is that we don’t know exactly how many words TALON Is meant to cover, so I’d suggest we play it conservatively and read the clue literally to cover HAWK, DRAGON, and ROBIN.
In terms of guess order, in case I’m completely wrong about what Azoth intended to do here, I’d prefer guessing a couple of TALON words at least, perhaps HAWK and DRAGON, then SATURN and finally ROBIN.

So, four words? The unlimited surely implies that one of them is not a Talon word, but instead something we talked about earlier - so SATURN.
That leaves three Talon words, of which I feel two are obvious:
DRAGON
HAWK
The last one seems trickier.
DOG - has claws.
HAND - This feels possible, with "fingers like Talons" being the kind of phrase that turns up sometimes. Also, there are probably fantastic or mythological creatures with Talons on their hands.
ROBIN - a bird with claws, but not Talons. Also, would have been better with Flying or something for the clue.
CONCERT - there is probably a band called Talon out there somewhere (sounds metal), but I don't know anything specific.
ROULETTE - I think that "the Talon" is a term in gambling for a part of the stakes, but I also think that its cards, not ROULETTE.
The rest don't click at all.
I think I favour HAND over DOG.
It may have looked easy, but that is because it was done correctly - Brian Moore
Huh, unlimited? That is an odd choice right now - implies we were lucky with our Donut guesses not that we did what was expected.
As second team we have four left. That means Talon is worth one or two (otherwise it would probably have been clued as Talon 3 or Talon 4), and two more guesses for Donut.
Talon seems very clearly connected to both DRAGON and HAWK. So I'd guess those.
Then...well, take the next two most likely from Donut: SATURN and CROWN.
Reading spoilers now:
Huh, I didn't consider that unlimited may be intended just to make us use the +1 rather than feeling complacent about being done with Donut. If I had to guess another Talon word I think I agree with shallow thought's reasoning - Hand or maybe Dog. I agree that if I had to clue Dragon Hawk Robin that Flying or Winged would fit better and probably be more obvious to guess.
All in all I want to point to at least DRAGON, HAWK, then SATURN. And my gut still says to go with CROWN rather than trying for another weak TALON work, but I'm much less certain about the fourth word than the first three.
Okay, we have a chance to win this turn and maybe this is our final chance? We all agree on DRAGON, HAWK and SATURN. I`m really unsure about the fourth word. My first thought was ROBIN (though it`s kind of a stretch) as I have a hard time seeing both SATURN and CROWN plus the other three words we correctly guessed earlier by a clue for 3 words only.

Ok maybe I didn't read the board super carefully. Wonder what the rule would have been if we pointed to an already-guessed word.
Given that I really don't like any of the other proposed donut words, I'm coming around to the position that Unlimited was just meant to wake us up on Donut not being quite done rather than pointing to two Donut words. Still not sure I have anything to add on Talon though.
