I checked and Pindicator would need three envoys to tie us (breaking suzerain status) at four envoys, although Alhambram only needs one but does he have one saved is the question.
Lost the green pitati archer but I think Pindicator made a mistake attacking out with his horseman.
The front two pitati archers now have promotions available. The idea is to cycle units to get kills if possible. Do we want to upgrade a warrior next turn?
I need to get the pitati archers through the gap as a priority but do we want to pillage the horse tile (with damaged horseman) ?

If a sword going down the valley will help clear our units then go for it. Based on the pics the horse and warrior at res publications are dead? I think get the archers through the gap and pillage the horses with the second one through. If we have a clear shot at it we should move on Res Publica

One more question. Why would we need suzersinty at Kabul? Tying Alhambram in envoys is enough to break his levy so we only need to put one in there. We should hold the other in case we find a science or culture city state south of Kabul.

We should hold the other in case we find a science or culture city state south of Kabul. Double experience for battles you initiate. I apologize for going off on my own initiative. Tactically, it makes good sense and we did get three promotions already from the suzerain ship (I am not including the defensive promotion earned on the other pitati archer.) The sooner the pitati archers can level up the better. The promotion advantage is going to be the key to hold off GG led crossbows from Alhambram since we won't get a GG until after he does. From the vision gained, any other city state would have to be deeper south/south east.
Yeah, the horseman and warrior at Res Publica are now deceased.

I just realized I missed that in one if the screenshots you posted. Sound reasoning and it's paying off.

Another eruption. Hasselback gains the sheep tile next turn. Mashed has four turns left on the Ancestral Hall so three turns of build time will be available until Magnus is re-established at Mashed (and the settler can be finished.) It doesn't look like another horseman is needed urgently so it might make sense to have Hasselback build another builder after the battering ram (repair mine/pasture sheep, improve banana at Fondant and chop the plain forest at Dauphinoise.) Another unknown player already has an encampment down (2 GG points accumulated iirc) so speeding up the encampment at Dauphinoise should be a priority (followed by a barracks since it could be built faster than a stables.) Dauphinoise is working the Nubian Pyramid as planned and growth will be in four turns. I'd switch to max production at that point and knock out the encampment/barracks (which gives one housing)/granary.
The pitati archer near the city center will move to the holy site next turn and the damaged horseman will swap places with the other pitati archer. This allows the horseman to pillage the horse tile and both pitati archers to attack. More importantly, if after next turn, walls suddenly go up, the pitati archers will be able to retreat out of range of the walls.
The warrior will move to the encampment location next turn and be upgraded the following turn. Pindicator's warrior should retreat next turn which means he will be blind most likely to the upgrade. The sword (followed by Maris Piper) can then move east while the two other pitati archers hold the copper tiles. The horseman should arrive at the marsh tile during positioning of the sword (grass tile) and Maris Piper (encampment location). Imo, we should be able to eliminate Pindicator's warrior and archer guarding the eastern approach to Wealth of Nations while the battering ram moves up.

Also comment, I might send the swordsman after WoN rather than hunting down Pin's troops. The horseman coming south is better suited for the field with its movement, the swordsman meanwhile has no penalty attacking cities.

The horseman coming south is better suited for the field with its movement, the swordsman meanwhile has no penalty attacking cities. That is the plan actually. The swordsman will move to the northern wheat tile and Maris Piper will be able to shoot from the geothermal tile at the archer if it is on the southern desert hill (and gain a promotion.) The horseman will be able to threaten from the east. That should allow the swordsman to get through without taking damage. The warrior and archer will get eliminated as a byproduct of needing to secure passage for the swordsman.
