Looks like you are starting with picking. Because I'm not up to date, do I need to change something in the mod? If yes, could somebody summarize all the changes for me?

I believe the only change is setting National Wonder requirements (Oxford, Wall Street, etc) to require 3 copies of a building to enable it rather than 6.

Also remove ivory as resource requirement for elephants (and UU replacements)

Ok and the base is RtR 4.1.1.6 with BUG, correct. As this is an always-war game the changes from PB48 don't impact you (tech and map trading and treaty length)
