Wrong! +31 pts.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Another peace offer from SD.  No.  Didn't bother offering cease fire this time.

Rice farmed at Calli-something VII, road next turn.  I got my axes a little out of wack ... the Axe (7XP) is heading down to a future galley ride to Barb city and, hopefully, 3XPs.  The other Axe near CP is heading to Call-VII.  I have finished roading the horses and will pull back both worker and axe (axe to plains forest).  I will then accept peace from SD (if he offers it again).

You have to love a city that grows to size 4 and then 5 the very next turn.  There is 50 hammers that I can put to good use.

When you F10 to open your capital ... and you run the slider at a high number (60ish), then your city view is zoomed out.  Swap to another city and back and it resets to the magic 42.  I remember coding this and trying to set it to 42 when the city view was up ... but couldn't find a way to set it to 42 when you open your first city.

SD played his turn while I was walking the dogs ... will log in and check on diplo screen.  Also want to check the power chart.

Edit: another peace deal ... will offer it after I move my worker away.  No big jump in SD power.

Barb city has grown to size two. Time to get a unit over there to take it.

Capital has 12h into a galley, will add another 9 this turn. So ... beginning of next turn, it will be on 21h. Then I can add 20 (chop) and 50 (double whip) and a turn of reduced production (less population) for a total of ~95 ... nice overflow into a settler.

Moved worker at CP to rice (farm). Move axe back to his lookout (forest hill).

Just looking at EP spend ... SD is close to having tech visibility on me.

Google says tech visibility is 75% of (100 + my EP spend on SD ... which is 66) = 75 + 49.5 = 124.5

SD has 122 EPs on me.  The little beaker will light up on Espionage screen when he gets over that threshold.

I was planning on sleeping in this morning.  Just rolled over and thought about this game ... only to realize that if I let another 9h go into that galley, it would be at 21h and only require a single person whip (30h).  Jumped up, logged in and whipped it this turn.

Why did I think it would be a 2-whip situation next turn?  Well, apart from a brain fart ... take a look at the above pic ... see that little yellow mark between the (5) and the 2 ... that is a whip indicator.  It is suppose to show the production threshold for 2whip.  It is wrong!  It looks to be at the 25h stage ... so is it averaging 50h between 2 citizens ... 25h each?

BUG!!!!

Once again it proves valuable to have one of the original BUG developers here. I honestly didn't know about the yellow mark so far. I will look into this more closely. Could be that RtRs 30/20/20 whip split messes with this indicator.
